All year long

An aesthetic approach to primitive art.

Open since March 1992, the Museum of African, Oceanic and American Indian Arts aims to display works of art which bear witness to cultures that have disappeared or are in the process of disappearing. It is made up of the Pierre Guerre collection of African art; a collection of skulls donated by Professor Gastaut in 1989; and another donation made in the same year from the Marseille Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
The Salle François Reichenbach displays Mexican popular art collected by the famous film director.

A workshop-visit is organised for kids every Sunday morning at 11:00.
