Saisons is the restaurant-school associated with the Lyon-born culinary maestro, Paul Bocuse. Housed in the magnificent Château du Vivier, this teaching restaurant allows cooking students to hone their skills cooking for customers.
Under the watchful eye of Alain Le Cossec, winner of Meilleur ouvrier de France in 1991, these talented young chefs concoct two set menus which vary according to the seasons. A chance to enjoy excellent food in an accessible way.
