2018 marks 100 years since the end of the First World War. To commemorate the event, the Imperial War Museum is highlighting the involvement of African soldiers during the conflict, whether they came from British, Dutch or French territories.
The African Soldier exhibition is part of a wider set of events organised in 2018 by the Imperial War Museum. They all help to understand the legacy of this conflict on modern day society.
