All year long
The Marine Museum in Lisbon invites you into an exciting world of maritime exploration. On dry land you will feel as if you were travelling on the water through all kinds of collections: boats, galleys, models, scientific instruments and nautical charts, all revealed along the course of your visit.
And as the Marine Museum in Lisbon is also a history museum, you can also find the remnants of the Royal brigantine built in Lisbon in 1778, and the seaplane honoured by Sacadura Cabral and Gago Coutinho on the occasion of the first aerial crossing of the South Atlantic in 1922.
