All year long
Lung King Heen is no ordinary restaurant: it is the first in China to obtain the legendary three Michelin stars, thanks to the talents of its chef, Chan Yan Tak. A native of Hong Kong, this chef is particularly attentive to the quality of his produce, even if it means increasing the price of his menu.
Lung King Heen specialises in Cantonese cuisine as well as seafood. Guests can enjoy crispy eel with Wasabi sauce, marinated jellyfish flavoured with sesame oil, but also beef tenderloin and even... frogs' legs! No doubt it's his own gastronomic tribute to French cuisine.
