A new trend has emerged in Buenos Aires in recent years, called "Puertas cerradas" (closed doors) this is a kind of supper club, or a small dinner for a select few. Like many others, Pablo Abramovsky, chef at Paladar decided to open a minuscule restaurant (10 to 18 covers), just beneath his apartment, for a select few diners.
In this little cocoon he offers a gourmet experience which depends entirely on what is freshly available at the market that day. Accompanied by a sommelier, he invites his diners to enjoy a participatory gastronomic experience (in Spanish, French, English, German and Portuguese, if necessary). Discover the talents of a chef who enjoys the culinary world in a different way.
