Located inside the Belgian Cartoon Centre right in the heart of Brussels is the Brasserie Horta in honour of the architect who built the place in 1906. This is where both Art nouveau and Cartoon lovers come to get their fix…
All that was needed was a place to satisfy their tastebuds: the Brasserie’s menu includes real Belgian classics, along with seasonal suggestions from the market and the chef's imagination. The headliners include tomato-mozzarella salad, the beef carpaccio with aged Parmesan shavings and black truffle oil as well as the traditional tomato and shrimp salad as a starter. Mains: Florentine fish gratin, grilled andouillette, or carbonade à la flamande and meatballs in tomato sauce.
Come and admire the typically Art nouveau decor with wooden benches, wrought iron and scrolls.
