From Wednesday, October 18 2017 to Sunday, April 15 2018
The exhibition focuses on the complex revolutionary events that took place in Russia in 1917 and the tumultuous consequences for Europe. It examines the reactions and counter-reactions to political and social change in several European and non-European countries.
Using examples, the exhibition also looks at how these events from 100 years ago are still relevant to the present day in an attempt to understand current conflicts. The exhibition is a cooperation between the German Historical Museum and the Swiss National Museum.
