Wat Saket (Golden Mount), visit

A Buddhist temple in the neighbourhood of Pom Prap Sattru Phai, Wat Saket was built at the time of the Ayutthaya Kingdom before being renovated and renamed by King Rama I.
The Golden Mount remains one of the most visited sites in the Thai capital, peaking at over 60 meters above sea level, where you can admire a stupa, or Buddhist burial mound housing the remains of a deceased.
