Established in the former public baths, this brasserie is next to the De Googer wheat mill , the only survivor of the five mills dating from the 18th century from this part of the city.
If the interior design doesn't look anything particularly special, the beer on the other hand is well-brewed. The proof is in the crowds of customers of an evening, mostly locals and very few tourists.
A must see: the collection of hundreds of bottles of beer on shelves at four levels going all round the venue.
