All year long

Sources of faith.

Since 1851, the Bijbels Museum ("Biblical Museum") in Amsterdam has housed the Netherlands’ oldest printed Bibles (including the Delftse Bijbel dating from 1477).

Many valuable books are kept between the walls of Cromhouthuizen, two spectacular seventeenth-century buildings created by the architect Philips Vingboons for the merchant Jacob Cromhout.
