What is the Meeting Planner offer from the Le Club AccorHotels programme?

Meeting Planner is an offer from the free Le Club AccorHotels programme especially for organizers of meetings and/or business events.

Members of the Le Club AccorHotels programme who have subscribed to the Meeting Planner offer will earn Meeting Planner points each time they organize a business event, provided the meeting:

  • Fulfills the Meeting Planner offer eligibility criteria
  • Is organized in an AccorHotels hotel participating in the loyalty programme and offering the Meeting Planner offer

To benefit from the Meeting Planner offer, you just need to be a member of the Le Club AccorHotels programme and have an account number.
If you are not yet a member of the Le Club AccorHotels programme or if you wish to register for the Meeting Planner offer, click here.

Once you have registered for the offer, your subscription is valid for 2 years. At the end of that period, if you do not renew your subscription you will no longer be able to earn Status points and Rewards points through the Meeting Planner offer. Members who have opted-in to receive electronic communications from the Le Club AccorHotels programme will receive two email reminders warning them that their subscription is coming up for renewal, 6 months and then 3 months prior to the subscription expiry date.

Should you move to a different firm whilst your Meeting Planner subscription is still valid, it is your responsibility to update your professional contact details in the "My Contact Information" section of your Le Club AccorHotels profile prior to making any bookings for your new employer. For more information about the Meeting Planner offer, click here.

NB: Status points and Rewards points can be earned when you organise a business event or meeting at a Raffles, Fairmont, Sofitel, Mgallery, Pullman, Swissôtel, Mercure, Grand Mercure, Novotel or ibis Style hotel and at certain ibis hotels. The other AccorHotels brands that do not feature in this list have not enrolled in the Meeting Planner offer and do not allow members to take advantage of the benefits related to this offer.
Hotels operated under the Raffles, Fairmont and Swissôtel brands in Northern and Central America have not enrolled in this offer either.
Independent partner hotels are not eligible for the Meeting Planner offer. To obtain more information about the conditions of our partnership agreement with these hotels, click To obtain more information about the conditions of our partnership agreement with these hotels, click here.
