How do I update my personal details in my account ?

To update your personal details, please proceed as follows:

  1. 1

    Access your account by clicking on "Log in"

  2. 2 Enter your e-mail address or your Le Club AccorHotels card number along with your password (your Raffles, Fairmont and Swissôtel usernames cannot be used as your user ID).
  3. 3 Click on the "My profile" section
  4. 4 Go to "My details"
  5. 5 Make the necessary changes and then click on "Save"

Note: For security reasons, you will not be able to make changes to your first name, last name or title. If your situation has changed, please contact cutomer services.

n.b. If you were previously a Raffles Ambassadors, Fairmont President's Club or Swissôtel Circle member and it's the first time you're logging on as a new Le Club AccorHotels member since the loyalty programmes merged, click here.
