The staff is very friendly. The room is a little dirty. Bedsheet has stains. Towels also have stains. The door is hard to close and lock. Bathroom door is broken.

Stayed 2 nights and then later 1 night. The 2 nights were ok, the room is a 3 star hotel room has amenities and what you would need. Room was on the 4th floor. All good. Stayed later for 1 night on the 2nd floor - was really bad - fridge made noises the full night, there was only 1 towel with a hole in it, the friendly reception just apologized for this- but doesn’t help lack of sleep etc. overall it’s a basic hotel with basic amenities and the employees don’t speak English.

In short, the employees at the hotel require further improvement in the sense of friendliness. The receptionists are usually very cold and not helpful. I just feel not at home while staying at this hotel. I would not come back for sure.

The location is good, just across the subway stations and close to local commerce. However, the rooms are right and uncomfortable. The phone was not working, even after changing the room. I had to request a safe, not included. Bed was a rock. And the worst: no air circulation at all. After showering, the bedroom was horribly humid (like if there was a water leak in the bedrrom) as the bathroom had no working vent or window. Customer service at the reception consistently denied basic services (use landlines phone, exchanging bills, printing docs etc). Definitely not worth the money paid - more money than a Mercury's in São Paulo, for a much, much worse bedroom and service.

hotel was nice, location was very good (near a metro station and a shopping mall) but the air conditioning in the bedroom was not vert agreeable, the wind hit right at your face, mattresses were not in a very good condition (seemed very old). The breakfast though was very good.
