My recent stay at Mercure Bandung Nexa was nothing short of exceptional, exceeding all expectations from the moment I arrived until the time of departure. Despite facing the inevitable chaos of traffic upon exiting the Pasteur toll booth, the experience swiftly transitioned into one of warmth and personalized care. Upon my delayed arrival, Mr. Dena, aptly referred to as the captain, greeted me with his customary hospitality and promptly directed me to my favorite parking spot—a thoughtful touch that immediately set the tone for the rest of my stay. At the front desk, Ms. Sifa, recognizing my status as a frequent guest, adeptly streamlined the check-in process, bypassing unnecessary formalities to provide me with the essentials—a welcome drink voucher, WiFi password, and room number. This attentiveness to detail and understanding of guest preferences truly distinguishes Mercure Bandung Nexa from its peers. As the call to break-fasting Adzan echoed through the lobby, Mr. Dena demonstrated an extraordinary gesture of hospitality by personally escorting me to the restaurant, ensuring I had ample time to refresh before attending to formalities. Such gestures, which go above and beyond expectations, are emblematic of the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. Although my booking DOES NOT come with Dinner, this form of attention given made me amazed by the service provided by Mr. Dena Moreover, the engagement of Mr. Ramdani from security/concierge in casual conversation during my stay further emphasized the establishment's dedication to fostering genuine connections with its guests. His recognition of my previous visits and willingness to engage in meaningful dialogue underscored the personalized approach to service that sets Mercure Bandung Nexa apart. In a landscape crowded with accommodation options, it is the unwavering dedication to guest satisfaction, manifested through thoughtful gestures and genuine interactions, that elevates Mercure Bandung Nexa to a level beyond its four-star rating. For those seeking an experience that transcends the ordinary, I wholeheartedly recommend Mercure Bandung Nexa—a beacon of hospitality excellence in Bandung. Unfortunately, Mr. Feni, the MOD, was unable to greet me upon arrival personally. It was explained that his absence was due to his workload and the necessity of break-fast during my arrival. While I certainly missed his presence, I fully understand the demands of hospitality and the need for staff members to balance their responsibilities. This minor hiccup did not detract from the overall exceptional experience at Mercure Bandung Nexa, but rather served as a reminder of the human element behind every aspect of excellent service.

Good experience, but I think the management should repair the whole system of AC. Since this is 4 star hotel and famous chain hotel, we expect comfortable experience during our stay. Besides of that this hotel has a very good breakfast menu.
