I came to stay last weekend but upon arriving in the room, the room was dingy, dirty and had a dead (bed) bug on the middle of one of the beds. We spoke to the front desk and told them we were not comfortable staying here. We moved to a different hotel, but have still been charged for full stay even though an agreement for a refund was discussed. They have not responded to any emails and ignore calls. I will be doing a chargeback through my credit card.

Comfortable stay and lovely reception from staff who were very helpful (Young Italian man). Good choice for breakfast and tasty. Very clean and tidy and a good sleep with air conditioning. Only room for improvement would be the shower a bit tight in width although still clean and practical.

It was a 4 days trip with my hubby on March 2022. Not really satisfied. The hotel room was the smallest that we have ever stayed. The bathroom was 1x1. The good thing was that the cleaning service was daily. The breakfast was basic. Not a big variety. We tried it only once. And we prepaid it for the whole stay before arrival. The next days we were having breakfast outside. A super market just next to the hotel. The metro station 3 min walking distance.
