The breakfast pastries was like home made, fresh and delicious. The pudim made by the pastry cook Firmino, It was the best I've ever tasted! Variety, quality, fresh . Every morning had a new cake, all Brazilian recipes and perfect with a good cup of coffee.

I was staying the 601, and the wifi was really terrible, I was very upset about the experience, and also the shower gel was not refilled, and also the shower facility was not very good in camparison with mercure.

I had to wait to get my room, no matter I was in time. The room I got was "old" and not very nicely decorated. A bit noisy, near the elevators. No chance to change to another room. The price was extremely high for the service and quality/size for the room. I had also to ask for an iron, as there were not. Almost no place to hang my clothes. Long clothes had no room to hang them. Not very good experience. I expected much more the huge price my company paid for.
