Rafael was super helpful and with Julia they are able to communicate in english too to make you feel more comfortable ! Rooftop magnificent with one of the best view in Leme. Thank you for the service I will come back soon and maybe try the pool in the rooftop!

The bed was comfortable and room was good size but room my room 834 was about 3 feet from the elevator I could every conversation and was woken up a few times from my afternoon or early evening nap. The elevators were very small. A few unruly and undisciplined kids would occasionally hold the elevators for their relatives. The toilet clogged up on morning of April 26th, i had to leave in a rush, the two front desk people were busy, and i didnt inform anyone. The maid cleaned the room but not the toilet nor did she inform anyone. I returned in the evening to the same problem but was able to flush this time and problem took care of itself. Found out the toilet paper was unflushable but there is NO SIGN indicating that. The breakfast was average, I have had better. On Saturday i had to wait in line to have breakfast that i had paid for. This is unacceptable hence my rating of 6. I will not be staat another Novotel hotel.

My room pillows still smell of pets.... few days the smells wont go away.... Other than that, all is good....
