We have spent our first holiday as a family (with our son, 5 month old) in this wonderful location - just GREAT, no more words needed. The best two weeks of our lives. The ressort is really highly recommended - especially for families. You have everything here what your heart desires (we only left the location once and that was really more than enough). Food is absolutely delicious - everything one could imagine, from typical european dishes (pasta, pizza etc.) to very dilicious turkish specialities, even baby food (aptamil) was included. The territory is great - we have made more than 10.000 steps every day, so it is fully enough for your daily walks. I want to say BIG THANK YOU to all the members of the sports team, especially Sofia, yoga and pilates trainer. Everyone of the trainers is so nice and kind, so competent and ambitious. We really enjoyed the facilities for different kinds of sports - outdoor group trainings, tennis, ping pong, fitness studio. Thank you to everyone from the team, especially Sofia from the Trainers team, Cemil from Massage team and Salavat, tennis coach. These guys made our holiday even more relaxable :) All in all - highly recommended. We will definitely visit again!

Just arrived here first day, inside the hotel is grand but the rooms are awful, nothing like the AI generated photos extremely misleading will be posting photos. The staff don’t speak good English and keep commenting on our accents being too strong although never had issues before and we travel frequently They are very rude and unwilling to help asked to see different rooms and Samed at the front desk thought it would be funny to take us to a room even worse over looking gravel with a huge vent making loads of noise. He then quoted us 2 grand for an upgrade to one of the hotels in the photos TUI are using. We gave up with the room so tried to make the most and book with the a la carte resteraunts. They were all fully booked except for the mermaid resteraunt for the whole week. Bear in mind we have come out of season so I dread to think how you would get any hope in hell of a chance in the resteraunts at all. You will then be left with the buffet which is awful - I am not fussy in the slightest I will eat any food from any culture. Totally disappointed after staying in a rixos in sagierme which was fabulous so expected the same with this. Hotel is massive just lacking quality - I would never come back avoid avoid avoid

I tryed first time in my life Kangoo Jumps training and it was great experience. I loved outdoor training area and a small group. Trainer Yagmur was really encouraging and nice. It was easy to follow the instructions. Atmosphere was good for the first time trainers.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We booked a last-minute break and loved every minute. The moment we arrived (at 2:30am) we were asked if we were hungry, and directed to the restaurant for food and drinks. Check-in was so smooth and our room was stunning with a balcony and a view of the surrounding forests and mountains. Our Holiday Assistant Hasan could not have been more helpful! He booked 2 restaurants for us - the Mandarin restaurant especially was so lovely. We weren’t expecting to eat sushi at an all inclusive hotel, it was great. The on-site Starbucks was also a great addition, and the buffet was really varied with lots of options. The pools were so lovely, we used the indoor and outdoor pools, which were heated to the perfect temperature. The staff were so helpful and couldn’t do enough for us, the cocktail selection was great too. I really couldn’t recommend this hotel enough!

Hello everyone, I highly recommend this hotel for a family holiday! Liked everything! Very pleasant and responsive staff, Watsap was very convenient and promptly resolved our requests and wishes. Many thanks to managers Sasha and Hannah. The location and large landscaped area allowed us to really relax. If you don’t want to sunbathe on the beach today, you can relax under the pine trees or play tennis or go to the water park. The restaurants are great too! Special thanks to the waiters for their professionalism and attitude towards their guests! The only negative of this hotel is that I didn’t want to leave it)
