I love this hotel, primarily because of it's location. We return to it often. The triple room was fine, and the bathroom a bit snug. Hot water kettle, but no coffee maker. Service is unobtrusive. We didn't avail the food and beverage services.

Swissotel Makkah is one of the best hotels located within Haram. I have stayed at some other hotels within the same complex/Clock Tower, and Swissotel scores the best of all. We stayed there for some of March and April 2024.

To request something from house keeping an absolute nightmare, reception has many check in counters only 3 operational takes atleast 20-30 mins to check in at off peak times.
