Wonderful staff. Nice, spacious room. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. Room was super hot, air conditioning didn't work. Dirty teaspoon with tea and coffee in room. But, we just collected a fresh clean one from reception. Would definitely stay again. :)

The hotel is perfectly located opposite the underground station and one stop from the O2 and that is more than perfect. The team were friendly, welcoming and very helpful! Hotel and rooms are very clean and we had everything we needed, definitely recommend to anyone who wants a clean room with comfortable bed with delicious food ! Thank you for a great visit!

Absolutely fantastic hotel close to both O2 arena and Abba Voyage. Lovely quiet, clean rooms and a very lively bar area in the evening, Thursday night live music. Great to come back after a night out to a bar, with a lovely atmosphere. Breakfasts were great with a wide variety of food, all displayed beautifully. Staff were very friendly especially Tahid and Shakil they made sure everything was topped up and happy to help, we noticed a difference when they were had a day off. Very pleasurable experience will definitely be back and recommend to friends.
