I had a really pleasant stay . The staff were very kind , informative and careering. The hotel has a really nice and stylish deco. My room was very clean , crispy bed linen, shower room was clean, fresh , all appliances worked well. I loved that in tge room there is a mini fridge with the complimentary water bottle. Coffee machine , so I enjoyed to have a cup of coffee in my bed . The dining area was very clean , well organised,.staff were friendly , smiling . The food was very fresh ,, delicious , loads of choices . I am very grateful to all Mercure Team for looking after me. I would be choosing Mercure hotel again , and I would recommend it for solo traveler , families , for a business , basically for everyone.

Although busy the hotel staff were curteous and respectful. The room was spotless clean and quiet which is always a bonus when you're staying in a city hotel, the bed was super comfy

Good hotel location near the city center. The room was clean and comfortable, however with some shortcomings such as the loose safe deposit box and the half shower door prone to water leaks. One of the elevators malfunctioned and we got stuck in it for a few tense minutes. The breakfast was plentiful and quite diverse and tasty. The personnel was kind and welcoming.

The location is excellent, just across the park, and the reception staff are incredibly friendly. However, the room lacks sufficient lighting, making it quite dark. Additionally, it seems the room hasn't been cleaned properly, as there was dust on the furniture.
