We spent 2 beautiful weeks in Rixos the Palm Dubai in March this year. And this was our 4th visit! As usual, we are 100% satisfied with the service, food, bars, entertainment and everything the hotel gave us. But this time our family suite was located in the shade. That is why we were freezing sometimes. Also, we would like to extend a special thanks to Victoria and Botakos and the bar workers of Bar№1 who were very positive and ready to help. Looking forward to coming back to Rixos the Palm Dubai & Suits for a vacation again!

Bar 1 is amazing so is the hotel and the staff definitely recommend to anyone, I’ve stayed in 5 different hotels in Dubai and the rixos is up there with the best I’ve yet to stay in. The all inclusive is fantastic high quality brands of drinks and also the food is amazing. We will definitely be back!

It was an amazing experience,friendly and experienced staff.We were traveling with aour child who had gluten,histamine and lactose intolerance and they made the “impossible “ to accomplish all our food requests and to keep as happy and no worried during our stay! Meal with the family at Toro Loco. Amazing steak house, a real must if you are visiting or staying at Rixos. Aneesh was our waiter and looked after us extremely well - flaming chocolate burger was a real show piece and tasted great! The best meal we’ve had all holiday - thank you Aneesh and team!
