Great staff very helpful. Building very tired and the breakfast was aweful. Evening meal very expensive for what it was although it was nice quality. Wouldnt stay again due to overly expensive meal and bar.

The hotel was well priced for the quality of what you pay, some of the furniture is a little outdated and could do with new carpets but the service by the staff was excellent and breakfast made up for it!

I had a great stay. The hotel was very clean but in need of refurbishment. Finding the hotel was difficult because the signage didn't match the information that I had. The staff were the brilliant. My booking was for the wrong month and I'd had a tough day, they sorted it all out, booked me in and told me what to do with the incorrect booking.

Booking in was quick and easy with a very delightful lady. Restaurant was shut because you were quiet but we got food from the bar again helpful staff. Particularly helpful young man who was excellent behind the bar. Only let down was the pool changing area was dirty someone had left a razor on the floor in the shower. I had children with me who could have easily picked that up.

Staff are always helpful and friendly, hotel has a friendly atmosphere. Facilities are a little basic and rooms are in need of updating, Booking through reservations can sometimes be problematic. Restaurant menu could be more varied and is overpriced.

Over priced. Swimming times ruined our stay. Only reason we booked there was for the pool and spa. No soap in rooms.
