Comfortable beds, a good nights sleep. Breakfast was varied and good quality. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much. Bar food was good quality and staff available until late. Second time staying here. Re booked because of guaranteed good service

Great hotel easy access to rooms Had a lovely package deal including dinner , bed and breakfast which worked out well. Parking on site a bonus Food in the evening was part of our deal and Yuen gave great advice and service throughout our meal. Cocktail deal was good. Spa was a bit small but serviced its purpose

A very enjoyable stay

All the staff were friendly. The Room and communal areas were very nice. The bed was comfortable. The food was good. I booked because it was a spa hotel. The only negative point was that there was too much chlorine in the Jacuzzi to actually be able to use it.
