Nice clean noisy hotel. Valet Service is excellent. Hotel is not memorable and the room is like any other hotel. Probably the highest price non suite hotel room I've stayed in. Very noisy as historic windows. Housekeeping didn't refill anything.

Well located, but room service and desk services are not very good. Room Service: showers are not clean, some mold on walls, the body lotion container was empty, the complementary water was not replaced.

Cool hotel in a great location

My husband and I spent one night at the 21C Hotel in Lexington. It was in a great location for us since we could valet our car and walk to a nice restaurant for dinner. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and we appreciated the vouchers for free drinks. We stayed in a deluxe king room which was very spacious and well appointed. We especially loved the large rain head shower and the super comfortable bed. The bartender in Lockbox was fantastic and made excellent drinks. The art galleries really added to the ambience and were open late so we could view the exhibits after dinner. Our only complaint was the very slow breakfast service (15 minutes to get a cup of coffee after sitting down on a Wednesday morning at 9:30 am). Overall it was a great experience and we would stay there again.
