I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. At 21c Museum Hotels, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. I am very sorry that your room was not available when you checked in. We truly do our very best to accommodate our early arrivals but sometimes due to the previous day occupancy, we are unable to do so as quickly as we would like. For this, I sincerely apologize. Our front desk is typically not covered like it was during your stay with us. We had a piece of glass that was unfortunately shattered and is being replaced this week. I can assure you that on your next return, it will be repaired and in working order. Our front desk is truly a work of art in and of itself, so I am deeply sorry that you were not able to see it in its true form.
