Overpriced & underdelivered

This hotel is nice but very overpriced. The bed was hard, the parking was horrible and no ice machines! Having to call for room service for ice is ridiculous & the lady that brought it was very unfriendly. All in all we were extremely disappointed. To top it off, we paid the extra fee for our dog to be in our room. When we were charged an additional high fee for damage supposedly from our dog I offered to pay the going rate on Amazon for a used like new book which was 75% under what they charged me. I would rather stay at the Ritz for the same price!

Our Front Office Manager has also already refunded the charge for the damaged book in the room, but that price reflected what the publisher has posted on the back of the book which is what it also costs in our gift shop. We stayed at 21c for our wedding weekend. It was so convenient for walking downtown. The room service from the Hive was incredible. We will definitely stay again when we revisit bentonville.
