It was my wife's birthday and the manager and his team were extremely accommodating and went beyond expectations. They prepared a very nice birthday card and a little cake, plus referred a smooth delivery of flowers which were already in the room when we arrived! If this is not personalized attention I don't know what is! The room was spacious and very clean for us and two kids. For the checkout it was also very smooth and they were also extremely helpful with luggage storing for a couple of hours. This is quite a busy hotel with two brands in one place, yet they find the time to do an honest personalized service with a smile. This team should be a reference for training other teams!

We stayed at Ibis Styles 2 nights in March. We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is located in a good quiet neighborhood accessible both by metro and bus line. The staff at the reception desk is friendly and polite. Our room was very nice, beds were comfortable, the room was well cleaned. We also enjoyed the breakfast very much. The paella was the best I have ever tried so far in Spain. My husband liked the jamon. There was also a good selection of tea which I especially appreciated since I don't drink coffee. Overall, the stay was great. If we return to Madrid, we'll definitely stay at Ibis Styles Las Ventas.

The staffs are friendly and helpful e.g. giving useful tips on moving around for 1st time tourists. The location is not too far from the Metro station and bus stop.
