The check in was horrible, they keep asking for more money for each suite, saying I ordered each suite for one adult only. I saw them my reservation which was made for 2 adults and a kid for each suite , I ordered 2 suites. No supervisor came to speak with us even that we asked them, they kept saying they are not available. 2 hours like that until we just pay. One room was the suite that I ordered and the other room was much smaller and dirty, the air conditioning didn’t work in both rooms. we called them few times and no one came. Had the worst experience with this hotel!!!!

From the website description I expected a luxury hotel experience. It was last minute descition to stay the night in Tanger. As a result the hotel website rate was very high (2,000 Derham) considering it was not peak season. But later upon check in was told hotel was full and they seem to struggle to find me a room. Then I thought why did the website accepted my booking ?! Eventually I got a room that looks modern in the excutive floor but a few minutes later I found out the AC not working , the room smell of new paint , even the floor luck a good ventilation so it was stuffy. This the worse thing for anyone and specially a person with allergy. I told reception with my concern they told me open the balcony door and the room will cool down. I did for about three hours and noting has changed. This meant I wasted three or four hours seeting in the lobby instead of me going to explore the city. I was only there for one night and I told the hotel so. A bellmen was sent with me by reception to show me another room in the same floor few doors across from my original room. The bellman open the door and even him said this room not suitable as there was loud noise from the AC and also it’s was stuffy. We went back to reception and I told them I can’t possibly sleep in any of these rooms and if they sorted this earlier before 11pm I would have just got refund my money and leave to tanger back to Casablanca. Some how the discovered a room which much better airy not stuffy no new paint smell specious. Woh a rat I paid I should have just given this room in a first place and not made to waste four to five hours of my short stay in tanger. Consedering the bad experience at least they should have offered me dinner or some kind ammenties or even refund. Of course I end up going out very late to see the night in the city and by the time I got back to the hotel it was early hour of the morning. Got to the room and there a storng wind outside and a lot of draft air was going inside the room a lot of noise because of the wind wave sound. Literally i had nightmare trying to sleep. I could not sleep. I left the hotel without sleep. The reception staff was friendly but not sure why they could not do better to accomdat me in the first place or if there was not suitable room they could call other hotels in the city and transfer there as my booking was flexisble terms. Staff concierage Lotfi was professional. The gentlemen at ground floor bar was professional. Overall all the staff seem to be professional. One issue a five star hotel did not have phone chargers. Although it’s a large hotel but reception seem to be only staffed with two only. Breakfast resturnat seem to have a good number of staff.

lIKE INCREDIBLE THAT ONE HOTEL WITH FIVE START THE WINDOW IN ROOM LIKE OPEN. THE MOST IMPORT OF THE HOTEL IS THE RELAX AND I CAN NOT SLEEP HEARD THE WIND.
