Location is very good, breakfast was good, rooms are clean and convinient. Only negative thing was too warm room, have to keep Windows open to have suitable temperature, air condinion does not work properly.

Everything good, except ac not working and hotel room way too hot

Assigned a standard room that did not have a proper mattress. Subsequently upgraded to junior suite after 3 days, but was given an un-serviced room. The experience could have been better.

The room was smelling heavily molded. Air conditioning was not working and the room was much too hot even with open Windows.

Great staff, great view great location. the air con situation was truly terrible. the inability to have air flow due to the hotel only having 'on' air during the summer and 'heat' in the winter made for a very uncomfortable room experience, even when windows were open.
