Stay was good, but wants brief you some observation : 1. Very compact room. 2. No latches/lock in both toilet as well as bathroom. 3. No provision in bath room to hook the towel or inner garment.

Service was great and location was good, about 10 mins walk to One Nimman and Maya. Room was decent sized and clean. Wasn't impressed with the pool, initial look pool seemed clean but when I started swimming I noticed the walls seemed to be covered in algae so I didn't used it again.

The staff are absolutely wonderful, they tried their best to help with all our issues . So well priced , just don’t stay on the 3rd floor if you want peace . Bus loads of Chinese who have no consideration for other tourists wanting a peaceful stay . Besides that we couldn’t complain. Thanks team Novotel. Keep up the good work
