Our experience was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we checked-in until check-out! The staff were attentive, kind, always smiling, and making sure that we were well taken care of, at all times. We had a very special request for our stay, and the staff delivered it to perfection! So, here you are dealing with a team that will go above and beyond for you and your satisfaction. This is the most important element in your stay! The suite was big enough, yet sill intimate, and of course beautiful. The room was perfectly clean, well decorated, balcony well preserved, and prepared. The food from the Le Piaf - Restaurant was tasty, with good portions, and wide array of drinks to choose from. We got the privatised Spa, Hammam, and Jacuzzi experience, and it was stellar! The valet service is also of good quality, but here is where we had a little hiccup. By the end, after checking out and preparing to leave, a member of the staff misplaced our car key, and we had to wait for a few minutes longer than expected. Nothing crazy, but this needs to be pointed out so the service is also up to standard with the rest of the fantastic job the hotel crew does. The overall space is beautiful, the experience is fantastic and we couldn't help to wonder ''why is this place only 4 stars?''. Add a chef during breakfast, that takes orders live, and you should be able to get your 5 stars guys! ;) Highly recommend a stay at Le Domaine the Vanneaux Golf & Spa!
