All was good unless the employee bald guy with the glasses that work at night was unprofessional and impolite.we are traveling to lyon next month and we will reserve in other hotel

Clean and comfortable hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. On the evening of a rugby international we found it impossible to find a restaurant where we could get a booking although guess at other times it should be easy.

The hotels location was excellent for stadium access. The staff were fantastic, the were polite and respectful even when they had so many people to look after before and after the rugby match.

I had a good stay.and very good service by the bar tender and night guard: Varham. the breakfast closing at 9:30 am was a bit too early from my taste: would have been better if it could stay open until 10:30. Repairing a light in my room took 2 days which quite long given that I was staying at the hotel for just 3 nights. No desk in the room was a bit annoying since I was travelling for business and had to work on my laptop every day. I did manage to find a solution, but not really ideal.
