We only stayed one night on our way south from Shropshire to Hove. The room was excellent and we were particularly well looked after by Kasia and Admiral. The evening meal and the breakfast were excellent.

Overnight stay with my partner. Staff were all professional and super friendly. Comfortable bed in a nice room. We both enjoyed the breakfast. Soya milk available for vegans is a nice touch. All in all very good value. Will be going back.

The whole team from Manager down is great and helpful friendly and helps with our needs when requested. but I feel the food could be better as breakfast is under done food , Bacon , eggs and sausages, and the evening meals are good but you don't get what it says on menu. I have complain about this few times but I feel the morning chef takes no notice. and food out to early as you can see. evening meal is good but breakfast is poor.

Comfortable and relaxing, the room and hotel met our expectations Breakfast had a wide choice and the cooked breakfast was lovely During the night the room was too hit although leaving the window open meant the noise from outside made it difficult to sleep (room 220)

Clean room housekeeping staff very nice and friendly, bathrooms very badly designed, sink plug did not work and the whole room dimly lit (no good for shaving)

When we arrived check in was quick and the front desk was ready for us. We were given our keys and found our room. Thankfully our room was 208 & friends were 209 as when we went to use the bathroom the floor flooded. I had just finished unpacking but my Husband went to the front desk to say about his concerns. He arrived back quickly with a new room key, but had to move all our items from one room to another. Although all the rooms had been refurbished the walls were very thin, down to the fact that you could hear the loo flushing, bath being run and everyone conversation in the next rooms !!!!

First room did not have a bath-changed room-second room TV did not work. Breakfast overcooked and little choice. Staff excellent.

Hotel on the edge of Thatcham. Easy to get to, plenty of car parking onsite and with beautiful countryside behind for nice walks along footpaths. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. Rooms were a good size with nice bathrooms.

Very good apart from young guests staying on sat23 2019 running amok in the very early hours waking the people staying on the ground floor. That needs to be policed accordingly. Staff absolutely brilliant polite and nothing was to much trouble.

My husband and I stayed in the Mercure West Grange Hotel on 19th and 20th March 2019 and as usual we found the General Manager, Richard Popplewell to be very efficient, friendly and 100% professional. Likewise Cristian Assistant Manager, together with Kasia and Emma receptionists were excellent front of house staff. Emma and Szabi were friendly, very attentive and very efficient in the restaurant and bar areas. The room was clean, very comfortable and a credit to good housekeeping. The buffet breakfast was excellent, good quality food, beautifully cooked and presented, as was the very tasty evening meal that we had. We cannot praise enough the staff at Mercure West Grange Hotel. As a team they cannot do enough to ensure that every guest's visit is an enjoyable one. We would highly recommend this hotel and we look forward to many more visits ourselves.

Appears that some rooms are in renovation state. Room was comfortable, warm and cosy with an outlook over the fields at the rear of the property. Menu in bar was limited as it always is with me, a fussy eater. Good selection of beers and staff looked after all my needs. Told breakfast started at 7 am, walked down on time to find it was already busy just 5 minutes into the start. I shall need to know for my next stay as I do need to be away to get to my destination 20 miles away, again I am fussy and will only have cereal and toast for breakfast. All in all the stay was good and will be ba k shortly, hopefully with a slightly earlier breakfast.
