Staff were very friendly and welcoming. As always food and service in restaurant was outstanding. Housekeeping - cleanliness of room was great although 1 day my tea/coffee was not replaced and the next day my toiletries were not replaced.

We only stayed one night after a medical procedure my husband had. Extremely comfortable. Only thing I missed was a seat to sit on while having my cuppa. Even a sm fold up seat would have been good.

Hotel was great, really lovely staff and the room was fine. The only bad parts were that we eneded up sleeping without pillows both nights because they were as hard as rocks, we could have smashed a window with them and also one of our towels had a huge brown stain that was pretty uncomfortable and gross having to use. Otherwise we had a great stay and will most likely be back (with our own pillows)

The staff at Mantra Richmont have always been very pleasant and helpful. This visit was very surprising due to the care taken for my booking. I walked into the room after checking in late at night from a flight and was delighted to see a signed card and the present of a cookie greeting me on the bench. It was a wonderful personal touch that made me feel so much more relaxed and able to settle in. I have never had a bad experience here and the location, overnight street parking and staff are the reason I choose to return to this location. Thank you to everyone and I will see you all again soon.

Lovely facilities but lack of climate control

It was my third time staying at Mantra Richmont and as always the rooms were lovely. It’s very modern and the rooms are quite spacious. We did however have an issue with the air conditioning being limited. It would not let us change the temperature lower than 24 and the fan speed never seemed to pick up. That meant that the rooms ended up feeling stuffy and too warm at night which meant we couldn’t sleep that well.

Stay was OK and in keeping with previous visits but I did not have the desk in the room this time. Meaning I had to stand for hours while working. This may become a game changer.

I liked the room that I stayed it was good and love the personal gift of wine/chocolates for my stay. I was disappointed in the service from the reception staff, as I found them not very helpful. I just found it was alittle inconvienent for them, when I asked where can I get something to eat or how far away is the city from the hotel. Overall a good stay, but the service could of been better.

I’ve stayed at the Mantra Richmont Hotel in Fortitude Valley quite a number of times, and it is consistently perfect. It is always impeccably clean and tidy, the beds are comfortable, I love the big windows, the food is good and the staff always give great customer service.
