I had a great stay. Perfect central location and really comfy bed. Only small minus is that the ventilation fan seemed not to work well in the bathroom.

The room I was in needs larger coffee / tea mugs what was in the room was tiny. No other seating in the room other than office chair, the space had enough room for a small couch.

Our short stay did not start well. We received a group email prior to our arrival regarding parking, which revealed our email along with a number of other guests. This surely is outside the privacy guidelines of the Art Series hotel group. We have stayed in several Art Series hotels and this has never happened before. We had specifically requested a quiet room and blankets on the bed. Neither of these requests were fulfilled and, although the staff person was willing to help, the blankets (when they arrived) were not clean. The parking arrangements are awkward and rooms which face Whitehorse Road, such as ours, require triple glazing for sound proofing. Highly unlikely that we'd ever stay at the Chen again.

Need to improve in carpark area , hard to find need more large Signs on each pole, bathroom supply was missing somehow We checked in late night so She given offer late check out was great helpful to a family thx 😊
