Frustrating and no acknowledgment of my feedback

I have shared my feedback in reply to the assistant manager. I have had no response from the hotel and have no interest in being repeatedly prompted by an automated service to leave a review. I am not interested and we won’t be staying again.

Hotel is well located and staff were generally friendly, but maintenance and cleaning was lacking - broken light switch switch in room, bedhead peeling, soap dispenser not filled, toilet running and also didn't flush properly, Tv turned itself on and off. Breakfast sub-par for hotel standard - limited and fairly average selection. Gas was also broken on arrival first day (unavoidable), but serving of hot food once it was fixed was poor (no thought given to order in which people arrived and had been waiting) and food arrived with hair in it.

Enjoyed the location and service. Easy to access the lake bike trails and close to national museum. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Enjoyed our stay. Staff helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable and well sized. Does need refurnishing. Is a bit outdated. Limited powerpoints particulary near bed had to request extension lead for cpap and no USB connections. Bedhead was pointed out to reception was flaking. Said room was due to be renovated. Restaurant was great also being eligible for Accor discount. Breakfast was superb with eggs and bacon being freshly cooked when ordered. Rest is buffet. Would happily stay again.

The hotel is lovely and the room was very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. the breakfast had limited items however was sufficient. The staff were great and very help, we did have a bit of confusion where their booking system was not showing the booking for my daughter as we had booked for 3 people and they only saw 2 people, however it was quickly rectified and a roll away bed was put in the room. We will definitely be staying here again.
