Was quite dissapointed with the hotel, cleanliness, service and overall stay. Waited almost 30 minutes for two coffees and even longer for breakfast. Room was not serviced on one day. Also was not asked about my stay on checkout

found the room to be set out well for a corner room ample space and very clean. I was surprised to have the health & Wellness workouts as free which allowed me to complete exercise without having brought my own exercise DVDS. staff were very friendly and helpful the breakfast included was reason i actually chose Peppers to start with Breakfast was also excellent and bar staff were great

Room was not set up as requested in booking and then checking again before arriving at the hotel. Staff were fantastic and had a lot on their plates with the event.

We received a text during the afternoon of our first day inviting us to Happy Hour. We headed back to Peppers, took the time to shower etc and then headed down to the bar only to be told Happy Hour didn't run on public holidays. Perhaps you could review the texts you send so that they are accurate. We would have stayed where we were and not rushed back otherwise. We stayed for two nights, had dinner in your restaurant and drank plenty of beverages throughout our stay. I just felt being mucked around in the afternoon for a Happy Hour that didn't exist could have been compensated based on the amount of money we spent with you over the 3 days we were with you. Our previous stay was wonderful so I was just a little disappointed with this one in comparison. The room we stayed in was different to the one we stayed in this visit yet I booked the same room type, (our previous stay the room was bigger and nicer). I called reception on arrival to our room but was told the hotel was full for the weekend and no change was possible. Given we were staying 2 nights, I wonder if there should have been priority for longer staying guests?

Friendly, welcoming professional staff at the front desk and in restaurant. Hotel is attractive, clean and comfortable and in a great central location for easy walking distance from railway station, the city centre and docklands attractions. Very good healthy options for breakfast and dinner, although not offered in buffet style.

The staff on your reception were excellent. We had a delegation staying and there was some confusion over room bookings (not pepper's fault) and all of the reception staff (across all shifts) could not do enough to assist in solving the issues. They are very competent and their Customer Service skills are of a very high level.

Loved everything about my stay and was made to feel so welcome. Particular thank you to the Staff Working on Front Desk Thursday 3rd October at 7pm for their knowledge on the Sky Bus system and for the Friday 4th October @ 4:30pm shift for their transport assistance to the Sky Bus in the rain. They went above and beyond to help me and I sincerely appreciated it and hope this thanks finds them. Thank you.

Very friendly staff who greeted you by name, fantastic location handy to Docklands, free tram stops right outside door. Only inconvenience being there is no laundry facility.

I stayed with my partner for a night in a king room. The restaurant was fantastic, I had one of the best steaks ever, perfectly cooked etc. Service was great. The room was spacious, fantasicly big shower. The bed was king size but the mattress was horrible. As I have a back injury, the quality of the mattress is very important to me.

The room was well set out with modern facilities and great location. Need to Check Airconditioner as it made ticking noise all the time ( made it annoying when trying to sleep ) Filters were dirty as well when checked for noise location. Verandah had cigarette butts and rubbish on other side of balustrade. Tea bags not replenished every day when returned to room and was charged for Mini bar pringles that we did not use ( we were reimbursed ). Helpful and friendly staff members so charging and teabag issues were no real problem, but you should check others.
