can't fault it really units were very clean and tidy albeit it small, but that was not an issue Had everything we needed great location the ONLY thing I missed, and it is only because my children can not pack lightly, is a trolley to help bring luggage in. Staff were friendly and very accommodating Thank you for the text reminders re: parking and booking a space.

We could not check in at 2pm we were kept waiting till 2.30pm with no explanation or apology. Also the room smelt damp and was very dark, the carpets was stained and there was no cleaning accessory's (mop or broom) for the kitchen floor which was discusting. The reception staff did bring me extra towels to dry the kitchen floor but honist this room was not worth the money very disappointed

My stay was comfortable and I felt welcomed by the friendly staff. The apartment I stayed in could do with a bit of a spouse up though especially in the bathroom where I noticed a lot of mold discolouring the tiles and shower glass. Some apartments also don't now have TVs in the bedrooms whereas I thought they did originally. I am routinely upgraded so feel I am an appreciated guest.

Carpet very dirty, fold out bed extremely hard to sleep on, felt like I was sleeping on a rock. Ended up sleeping on lounge, which was also extremely uncomfortable, but a bit softer on my back

I found reception quite disorganised with no personal touch like other accommodations I have stayed in. There was no recommendations for local cafes or eateries for those new to brisbane or travelling for work. Constant queue at reception which showed a lack of team members on and most of the time just ignored the guests as I was walking past. A fairly poor experience, I would be unsure to recommend this hotel to others and unsure whether I would stay again in this hotel as I found service in the Oaks far better.

Check in was fine, staff were good. Room was a huge let down, gym was OK as was pool. Room was too small, the fridge sound like an aeroplane taking off and it was tony. There was dust on both stools (enough to make marks on clothing leaning on them) and the floor was dusty too. The building works going on next door also made it virtually impossible to even have a phone conversation.

Satisfactory city apartment accommodation, just very loud as construction right next door and building not very sound proof. I realise this would not be the case all the time. One note though, for an apartment that sleeps 4 people, there should have sufficient lounges to seat 4 people.

Adequately answered my needs. Close to many amnesties in the city. Walk to botanical garden, to Eagle street pier, close enough to Victoria bridge. Walking distance to Queen Street Mall. Close to transport. Reasonable size place. Adequate for what I needed. Slightly poor on kitchen utensils. Good washing machine and rest. The construction work nearby was very noisy early in the morning and dusty, so could not open the window in the morning. Friendly and helpful staff. Answered all questions and smiling at all times.

The staff working were very nice. The room was a good size and the hotel was central to everything we needed that night. The room could have been a bit cleaner and the pillows could have been more comfortable, both myself and my friend left with sore necks
