Such a well located place that has a very quiet vibe to it. The staff are outstanding - so pleasant and helpful. It's also a hop, skip and jump from the East End of town - great location to many restaurants. We found the place catered well to families and despite being so close to the East End, had a nice quietness to it all.

The staff were friendly and helpful on check in. The room was spacious and quiet. Proximity to Rundle Street for dinner options was definitely a highlight. Unfortunately our stay ended on a sour note as there was no hot water for morning showers.

We do have our guest service team available to assist 24/7 to ensure a comfortable stay and as discussed on departure we may have been able to provide you with a vacant room close by for the hot morning shower. The staff were very friendly and the room was comfortable and clean. The fan noise from the bathroom (not from switching on the bathroom fan) was pretty loud and irritating and I would have liked some sort of furnishing on the balcony. I was also a bit put out by the $100 security deposit. I travel a lot for work and this is the first time I've had more than $1 taken from my account. There needs to be a way to put this back into your account immediately on check out, it is a fairly large amount of money to be waiting 3-5 business days for!

In regards to the deposit, we do release funds held from the time of arrival on the day of departure, however the speed of release depends on the bank. We do also have the option of providing a cash bond to avoid the waiting period of the release from the bank, as this can be refunded on departure. On entering the room each day there was a strange smell - not sure if it was to cover up previous smokers, or due to the age of the room. Once in the room I got used to it, but it was definitely noticeable each time I entered the room.

I love the ease of booking/check in. Rooms are spotless, beds super comfortable, unexpected upgrades. Parking on site is a bonus, and becoming a Mantra member, parking is a free bonus. Location is perfect for exploring the best of Adelaide cbd.

Rooms are always nice and clean, have plenty of space, and the pillows are right height. Location is also great, in the middle of town and close to shops, the market, and with plenty of places to eat nearby.

We spoke to three seperate people while booking this room / during our stay and the customer service was less than ideal each time. When calling to confirm our booking and car spot, the reception seemed as though they didn’t have the time of day for us. Upon checking in, the payment and pre auth card charges were not explained well and our questions about this were not received well. After our stay, we called as there were some issues with charges and the staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. We cannot fault the room or location but the customer service needs an overhaul.

There was an unfortunate smell in the room when I first arrived. I thought about complaining about it but decided it would go if I opened some windows. The shower was not great, but overall the room was comfortable, the beds were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.
