Hotel is nicely appointed with great features. Beds are wide and comfortable although pillows are too soft, shower products are quality, rooms are cleaned daily to a high standard and the restaurant buffet breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Will definitely be returning. Location close to beach and necessary restaurants, hotels, cafes and bottle shop was ideal.

Having stayed in your accommodation over a period of many years this was one of the nicest rooms we have had - Very spacious, table and chairs for eating and television viewing, very comfortable bed, wall mounted television rather than swivel set on a bench, great area for all personal bathroom essentials, view of the river very pretty, two bedside tables when there is sometimes only one and best of all the change from insertion of card to tap for gaining entry which is so much easier - What a surprise we received when we entered the building fresh paint, very striking carpet and many other changes as we made our way to the room - all very tastefully planned and executed -

Hi loved staying at Mantra Twin Towns, only found one problem, we went for two cocktails at the signature bar on Wednesday October 2nd 2019 at 8.60pm after just coming from dinner, but the waiter said we closed and till all added up, but it was not 9pm yet, we were both very disappointed, and went back to our room, It should have been left open till 9 pm or till 10pm Thank you Wendy E. 04…

The hotel parking was easy as no card had to be used to enter / exit. The room was a bit small, but still adequate. Our view was partially blocked by two hotels; yet we could still enjoy a pleasant view. The breakfasts were very good and the staff did a good job in welcoming us and clearing the tables. The check in and checkout were speedy (for the latter we were able to just leave the keys in the room). The only problem area was the shower. One time the drain became clogged and the water backed up out of the shower. Had I known at the time i could have simply lifted up the drain cover and the problem would have resolved itself quickly.

Location was fantastic and we had a lovely water view. The customer service was AAA plus, there was always some one to answer any questions we had and to help. Beds & pillows were comfy, rooms very clean. The layout of the Mantra was very confusing, to find the restaurants and bars we did get lost and had to ask the very helpful staff. The door on the shower didn't close as good as it needed to, as after our showers there was a lot of water on the bathroom floor. Most accommodation you can still smoke on the balconies, it wasn't nice to have to walk through the complex just to go for a smoke.

Pleasantly surprised for such a big consortium.

Walked in off the street without a booking reception were very welcoming, recognised that I was a Mantra loyalty member and was treated like I had a gold pass, with a room upgrade, ocean views and breakfast for two coupons, which by the way was at least another $50 worth. Room was well situated, clean, large with close proximity to lift, amenities and club.

Generally good But we were disappointed about not being made aware that daily room service was only available at an additional charge. Wi-Fi was very intermittent. Lifts sometimes took unusually long time to arrive at ground floor. We suspect that some lifts were purposely 'shut down' to save costs, limiting guests to one or two lifts.

We had a great time at the hotel, and the services club. Appreciated the new room on our anniversary weekend.

The room had a great view and was clean and tidy. I stayed for two nights but did not get the room serviced so the bin was full and had to ask for clean towels. For the price - think free wifi should be included. I think you need better directions from the lobby to reception. The bedroom was very hot at night and could not adjust the aircon. The position was great and enjoyed my time in Coolangatta but will try another place next time.

I enjoyed staying at the Hotel. The room had a great view and had most of the comforts of home. I think you need to start thinking about free wi fi in all the rooms. I couldn't get my head around the conference venue being over the road (and how hard it was to find it at times)...but I'm sure I'll get used to that when/if Glasser Australia decides to use your venue again.

Nice hotel and friendly staff. However there was too much noise outside to sleep before 11 and I needed to get up very early. Also the staff who helped me arrange a taxi to the trim was confused by the time change and we ended up waiting outside the station in the cold at 4am for more than an hour.
