Hardly saw the hotel, but....it was clean and neat, the furniture was fine, facilities acceptable for what we paid, only problem was a slightly soft mattress.

Experience was mostly good. Attempted to use the oven in the room and couldn’t get it to turn on. Rang reception and they sent someone up who also didn’t know. She rang maintenance and they didn’t know. Went to use common user bbq and only one was working so another delay in dinner whilst other guest cooked. Next morning maintenance staff come to room and immediately reach behind microwave and flicks on hidden switch to turn on oven then remarks “there, fixed” and leaves. Apart from that ok. Would be good to have a bar/restaurant in the complex.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. I couldn’t fault our stay in anyway although my family who stayed in other rooms had issues eg, stove not working, TV unable to get all stations, a print fell off the wall in the middle of the night.

Great accommodation and service.

We enjoyed the facilities and accommodation. Our Ocean views from out apartment were fantastic. The only thing that let you down was we were with another couple and our apartments were on 2 different floors. One on the 5th and the other on the 6th. They were booked together at the same time by our travel agent and we had asked that they be together. When we mentioned this when we check in we were told that nothing could be done about it. Then we found out when we tried to go to our friends floor we couldn't go from one floor to the next to be together without meeting on floor 1 and going up together. I asked about a key for the other floor and was told we would have to swap one of our cards with the other couple. Well that wasn't going to work as we needed both our cards so that when my husband and I went out separately we could get back to our apartment.

I requested a late check out and did not receive any reply only to get a call the morning of check out telling me I was passed my check out time. I said I requested a late check-out and assumed it Was all ok. At least being mantra member I would not have to check out until 12.00 noon. I was the advised to they would adjust my check-out time surely this should have been done already ?????

Reasonable room, however did not feel clean, live cockroach in room.

I have stayed at the Mantra Trilogy several times over the years. It is in a good location however onsite parking facilities are seriously deficient. During my most recent stay our bed sheets on arrival were smelly (possibly not dried properly) and needed to be replaced. The lift also malfunctioned at one point requiring service. The staff are very courteous however I will probably look elsewhere for accommodation for future Cairns holidays, largely due to parking issues.

Overall it was a 1st class place, only problem we had was with the car park [not enough parks to go around all the guests, we had to park in a paid parking building for 13 days at a average cost of $15 Aust per day. Apart from that everything else was all top notch

The corridor leading to our room stunk. Like old cigarette smoke from chain smokers. There was air fresheners installed to try an mask it, but it just made it worse. Smell came in through doors into room. Pretty yuk. Also, having a "double room" to share with small kids is a bit tricky with the way the shared doorway works and requires key entry. I think families with small kids shouldn't use this arrangement.

The room was very small and there was a smell emanating from the bathroom area. The ocean view was obstructed by an external wall. The balcony was so small the chair had to be turned sideways to use it. The unit is run down and requires significant refurbishment. We booked for 2 nights and stayed for 1. We cancelled a booking at Trilogy that we had for January 2020. We are also going to cancel a booking we have at Mantra Heritage Port Douglas in January 2020 because we have lost all faith in the Mantra brand. The room we had did not meet our expectation and is the worst we have EVER stayed in. I give the rating at just under 1 star.

Airconditioner did not work well. Room always felt hot. Middle of king bed (where the two singles met) was hard and hurt to lay on. Service was great, always greated with a smile every morning. Overall happy to stay again.

I have stayed at the Mantra Cairns Trilogy before and had pleasent stays. I will let you know of a incidents that happened on my last stay which made it not so pleasent. - On check in I was sent to the wrong tower, with luggage in toe had to make my way bake to reception - From there I was sent to the wrong floor, as the card would not work had to again return to reception - After being corrected again, I was then escorted to my room - That evening I requested a Wi-Fi password and on returning to my room this did not work - My booking was inputed wrong into your system and was contacted while off site and notified that I am required to move to another room - Had to return to my accomodation at lunch time to pack and move to another room Overall I was very dis-satisified with my stay.
