Location was great but room was old and tired, musty and noisy (thanks to the dehumidifier humming 24/7).

The unit wasn't overly clean with mould around the kitchen sink. Dishwasher didn't work as you couldn't open it without pulling out the entire machine (small dishwasher). Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Great location, but decor is very dated and unclean.

There are certain things that a person looks for in a hotel stay- a clean room, comfortable bed, a hot shower with decent water pressure, friendly staff and good proximity to amenities external to the hotel. I find that Mantra Trilogy ticks the boxes on all of these points and is a hotel I am happy to return to and recommend to others.

I have given maximum stars as my wife and I thought it totally met our expectations and more. The room was a good size with a huge bed, dehumidifier, air conditioner and fan also great smelling toiletries in the bathroom. The room did not get serviced for the 5 days which was fine as that kept the price of the room down. If I needed anything replenishing I just picked it up from the fantastic staff in reception. We would both definitely stay again when we next visit cairns

The room was clean but didn't have a table/desk and chair. No chairs at all actually. But it was a nice hotel and it was close to all the action (restaurants/bars/The Esplanade)
