So affordable to start with! What a amazing time me and my cousin had staying at suncity super comfortable the atmosphere is stunning amazing pools indoor and out door the reception are very pleasant the place is family comfort welcoming and the buffet is awesome and so worth it for 25$ pp fr a buffet breakfast! Honestly go and see for Ur self it is amazing the indoor outdoor flow is beautiful the rooms very comfortable I am so inlove with this resort I'm going to come back with my whole family...close to the beach and the shops amazing shops and markets close by not far from the SURFERS PARADISE SIGN please stay and see for Ur self don't listen to the bad reviews because I came anyway and it blew me away awesome resort 10/10!

Our hotel is just a block away from the ocean and we are located on the north side of Surfers Paradise, it is easy to access anywhere as we are only 10 mins away from the centre of Surfers Paradise. We do have great facilities for kids and families - Water slides, indoor heated pool, and indoor/outdoor spa. Good spot, good pools, poor beds, garbage rollaway cot

We have 3 kids, so booked a2 bedroom apartment and am extra bed. The rollaway beds and cot offered to us appear to have been rescued from the tip and stored in a damp cave. We had the rollaway beds and mattress replaced 3 times, but apparently they are all the same, or are 'rentals'. It would have been better to offer a cab to Kmart to buy $20 camp mattress. I cannot overstate how rubbish these things are.. We ended up sleeping on the couch and floor as no usable alternative could be offered. The location was excellent, the pools are great the 2 bed apartment was spacious if unpainted. Staff were very friendly. We won't be staying again as I can't trust that they will actually supply usable beds.
