Good communication with staff after I had to change my booking to a bigger room. Room was clean and tidy and was perfect for what was required. It wasn’t made clear online that there was parking onsite but I found parking in street across the road which was cheaper. Overall a positive experience and will be returning!

We were upgraded to a one bedroom unit, which was good. The location for our event was amazing. A map of the city would have been helpful. The unit was clean and well equipped for two people. However , the shampoo and conditioner were both watered down so much that the shampoo didn’t lather at all and the c8 d’itinérante was like water. The second day was a little better so I must have used the watered down part that sunk to the bottom. Not Impresses at all with this, Especially needing to wash my hair before attending a wedding . Obviously a cost saving effort that backfired.

Overall, great stay! We booked direct online, the process was easy and well-priced for our dates. Perfect location for us where we could walk to almost all of the places we wanted to go - plenty of food and drink options nearby. The room was spacious, clean and tidy. We had access to a small kitchen and a balcony which was great - lovely views of the story bridge at night. The staff were super friendly, well presented and helpful. Only downside we faced was their onsite carpark - although it's a good price for the city, we were almost prepared to pay more to be elsewhere. Thankfully we didn't need to take the car out during our stay so once we were in it was fine. I do not recommend going with a large/long vehicle though as it's real tight to get in and out. We had a 4x4 and definitely would not take it again as it was just too tight/awkward with the pole structures (Mantra on Queen, Brisbane)

Really good stay, only downfall was the “king” bed was 2 singles pushed together which made for a really uncomfortable sleep. Ended up sleeping on the pull out couch.

Really good stay, the apartment had great views and was the perfect size for an 2 night stay. The only downfall was the “king” bed was 2 singles pushed together which made for a really uncomfortable sleep. Ended up sleeping on the pull out couch.
