We only stayed overnight, however we were happy with the location. The rooms are a little tired and the bathroom taps need immediate repair. Other than that it was a good spot to visit the sights of the city.

the room was great, a lot bigger than I expected, bed was very comfortable. The bathroom is outdated - shower/bath combo, which makes it really awkward to have a shower. The staff were helpful but I think could go a little bit further, eg helping with luggage and explaining parking better. Breakfast was ok, but not great. Scrambled eggs were cold and options were limited.

The bathroom was not very clean. I had no hot water one morning for a shower. My bed was never made and none of the bathroom products were ever replaced (shampoo and conditioner, etc). Lucky I managed to make what little shampoo was provided last me the whole five days.

The room was nice and clean, with great amenities. Unfortunately, the bed was lumpy and uncomfortable and the air conditioner was super loud which made sleeping difficult. The service downstairs at breakfast and the bar were fantastic as was the food and beverages I consumed there. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location in the centre of Perth City.

the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Room was very spacious. Location is fabulous, walk to everything. We were celebrating our 54th wedding Anniversary and we were given a bottle of wine and cheese platter which was a lovely gesture and muchly appreciated. would definitely stay again.

Showing its age, holes in plaster above shower. No parking

Excellent location, but no parking for check in. Had to park illegally to check in There was a hole in the plaster above my shower Booked through corporate traveler and my two international guests had no house keeping, but not mentioned when booking. Very embarrassing. Hotel is a bit dated

- when i arrived the lady serving me was extremely rude, her attitude towards me was as though i was an inconvenience because i asked for a copy of my receipt. No welcome, no smile just tone and attitude. - The bed was uncomfortable to sleep in. It appeared to be two single beds pushed together as there was a spilt in the middle of the bed. The linen was falling in the gap and it was uncomfortable on my back to try and even sleep in the middle of the bed - half way through my stay i realised that the WIFI password was not written in my guest card holder. I called reception to receive a rude response from the female i spoke to. She told me it was written on my card holder I advised her that it was blank hence my reason for calling. Again... at the time of checking in process wasn't followed and the WIFI password was not written on my card holder.

* The staff were terrific- however, I asked for my room to be made up (with the sign on the door) twice and it was never done once while I was there. * I had no hot water on my first morning for a shower, and after I raised this issue, it was fixed for the second morning, but lacking again in the third morning * you really need bedside table reading lamps

Good - only negative was being unable to take advantage of complimentary breakfasts as service started at 7am on w'end - we had places to go , people to see on Saturday so this was too late ; On Sunday the breakfast service was smashed by a coachload of tourists who picked it clean; was quickly replaced, but caused a delay

Room was comfortable and spacious, bed was good. Staff was very obliging and friendly. Location was very good as we could walk to most of the attractions we wanted to see. It is in the middle of the main shopping complex (CBD). We would definitely stay there again.

The facilities within the room were less than most Mantra - no laundry equipment , no dishwasher. The space/room was very small, with a huge bedroom that had ALL its wardrobe space in another area and a bathroom that was completely disconnected from the rest of the entire room. The food in the restaurant was very good. The lift to carry my bags inside was not working.
