Cleaning was done regularly. Wifi network ussue never solved for my whole stay. It needs to be improved.

We had a lovely stay. The rooms were clean although the elevator didn’t always work and the fees for parking were a disappointment after paying a lot for the apartment. A little information about buses, things to do or restaurants around the area would be an idea to have in the apartments for people who aren’t familiar with the area.

We had two stays at Mantra on Hay, and on both occasions, all Staff members were extremely helpful, friendly and supportive. The quality of our accommodation was very high, as was the daily room servicing. Our breakfasts were also very varied and high quality. Any queries we had were quickly addressed, and the Reception Staff were always most welcoming and friendly.

The room (mainly walls and bathroom floors) could have been a little cleaner. The restaurant downstairs sent up rocket, roast pumpkin and onion when I asked for a garden salad. It was for my 9 year and he refused to eating anything in it. Was a pleasant experience but will shop around next time

The apartment was spacious and we'll set out. However there was no housekeeping which meant rubbish bins were not emptied and general cleaning not done. We asked for clean towels on our third day which were delivered but the old towels were not removed.

Everything about my 3 night stay at Mantra was excellent. Comfortable room, and very comfy bed. Staff were friendly, efficient, engaging. Every query was easily managed, nothing was ever too much trouble. Great location, parking, river close by, good thai restaurant. Had room service once - quick & good. Breakfast excellent.

It was what I was expecting with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living area was a good size and cooking facilities adequate, also great to have laundry facilities as well. Location is a little outside of main Perth CBD but walking distance of most areas of interest. A few small restaurants close by and bottle shop.

Our 2 bedroom apartment, was outdated. We had issues with dryer and lighting. Fixed once reception were reminded to rectify situation. Car parking on site, Mantra parking, $25 per day. Unfair and costly when you stay 7 nights and don’t pay for parking at any other Mantra. Pool had loose decking boards around the pool. Had let reception know on day 2 of our stay, but was not fixed. Reception welcomed us, but did not give us enough information on where to go around Perth for our first trip there. A few pamphlets handed out, nothing in the room. Disappointed and will not return to this Mantra.

Stayed on Monday night and $100 was taken off my credit card for mini bar deposit. Friday afternoon and I still haven’t had the money returned ... when I rang up I was told 3-5 working days for the refund... apparently it is not their fault, but the bank fault... really? Stayed 4 more hotels since then and all deposits were refunded on check out... how do you explain this??
