I was rather annoyed, never stay at another Accor

To find out after I arrived that there was no parking, Parking was either on the Steet or in an adjacent Car Park for a $15 fee is disgraceful. To not be able to easily adjust my room temperature really annoying. After several visits to reception because nobody answered the Phone . To find out it was controlled by a whole building system just not good enough. Your water pressure in your shower was just a dribble liquid soap dispenser broken. How does 2 people sit and have a beverage 🍵 with just 1 chair . Overall disgusted with this motel not worth half the price we paid. I will never stay at another Accor hotel.

Address was wrong on the advertising, Had to go around the back need to phone reception to be told this. Room was below standard and the bed was VERY uncomfortable .
