The room and services offered were pathetic for the price charged. During our stay we found that your sister Peppers was a much better establishment for almost half the price.

Lovely experience except for our departure, I left a $100 charger in the room by accident and called the hotel 5 hours after check out. The charger has been stolen by either the cleaners or the next guests that checked into our room after that. - 136 The hotel staff said they would follow up with the outcome but I still have not heard anything. Very disappointed as I am a returning guest and have already Made a booking for 2020 which i am still undecided about due to this imcident.

Unit was very nice, very clean and well appointed with facilities such as washing machine and dryer (not that we used these). Loved the bed - super comfortable! Being over the main street was both positive and negative - good to see everything going on and to get a nice sea breeze but noisy at night, and early in the morning with garbage trucks etc. Great to walk out the front door straight onto main street with easy access to shops and restaurants and, of course, the beach. Great to have secure, undercover parking available right there as well. The staff were very helpful. Carpet in the bedroom area probably needs cleaning as it was rather stained. Microwave very noisy.

I treated my son and family to two two bedroom apartments for his special birthday staying 4 nights in each. Knowing it was school holiday time and rate three times more expensive than previous stays. Could not believe for $900.00 a night we did not have our rooms cleaned, our rubbish emptied and if we wanted extra towels or tea/coffee we had to go to reception to ask. It’s a great spot and a lovely resort and we travel a lot. Never had this happen in any previous resort and disappointed for my son and 4 children to not have spoilt them with these services.

Very poor. For $300+ per night we got a moldy bathroom, stained lounge, threadbare towels and rude check-in staff. The only positive is the location, otherwise I can't understand why anyone would stay here.

we enjoyed our stay on a busy sunny first weekend of the school holidays great location, easy check in process, great reception staff pool was beautifully clean (despite the busyness) apartment a bit tired in places, considering the price point air con in second bedroom was "smelly" - would be great to add security screens to this apartment so you can enjoy the sea breezes over night, we did not feel it was safe to leave windows open as we were on ground floor.

This is our third time staying at the Mantra, and enjoy it every time! The rooms looking over the pool are modern with everything you need. They are clean and tidy and if anything is not working like our fridge they came straight away. It is quiet and you do not hear the noise of Hastings St. Kids loved the pool with two spas and a baby pool. Location is amazing and you don't need a car, as you can get Coles to deliver! Bed was comfortable and there are a thousand T.V channels! Nothing to fault.

The location and pool are great however the room was very old and tired and some basic fundamentals such a as bedside lamps, space to put your toiletries and proper lighting in the second bedroom. I feel it was a lot of money for a very ordinary and basic apartment.

This was our 14th stay at French Quarter and our request to stay in a room overlooking Hastings Street was arranged. Service at the reception pleasant and friendly. On Completion of our stay at French Quarter we booked in again for August 2020. Room was clean and comfortable
